MENTOR is looking for a passionate and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team of professionals who specialize in East-Asian hair care. If you’re ready to grow your career in a salon that values culture, education, and connection—this is your next move.

    • Perform a wide range of salon services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, with precision and expertise.

    • Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules, manage appointments, and maintain a smooth workflow.

    • Help maintain salon cleanliness by ensuring workstations are clean and organized, tools and equipment are sanitized, and salon facilities are kept tidy and presentable.

    • Take part in salon promotions and marketing initiatives

    • Showcase your work and promote salon services through social media platforms. Regularly post photos of your clients' hair transformations, share styling tips and trends, and engage with followers to build a strong online presence for the salon.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in all salon services, with demonstrated proficiency and expertise.

    • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

    • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments simultaneously.

    • A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

    • Ambitious and self-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving goals and exceeding expectations.

    • Optional: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, preferred but not required.
