Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please Note: Online booking is available for selected services only.

For all other appointments, kindly call the salon directly. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy section: We request 24 hours cancellation for all appointments.

Late Policy: We cannot guarantee your appointment after 15 mins although we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

Please review our policies to ensure the best experience.

  • Hair services, including cutting, coloring, bleaching, perming, and treatments, may not produce exact results and vary depending on my hair’s condition, history, and response to products.

  • Services involving bleach, lighteners, perms, and other chemical treatments may cause dryness, breakage, scalp sensitivity, or other reactions. I release [Salon Name] and its staff from any liability related to these risks.

  • Client must disclose all previous hair treatments, including box dyes, chemical relaxers, bleach, keratin, and other procedures, which may affect my service results.

  • Results are dependent on proper at-home care, and the salon is not responsible for issues arising from neglect or failure to follow care instructions.

  • Services are non-refundable. Clients may request a correction within 7 days of my appointment.

  • Clients must inform stylist of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the service.

Terms & Conditions

  • All appointments must be booked through our official booking system, by phone, or in person. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee.

    • No-shows may be charged in full or may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

  • We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.

    Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Tips are appreciated but never required.

  • Your happiness matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your color or treatment, please contact us within 7 days so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment.

    Refunds are not provided for completed services.

    • Retail items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days if unopened and unused.

    • Opened or used items are final sale for hygiene reasons.

    • Professional (“Salon Use Only”) products are not available for retail purchase.

  • Please let your stylist know of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.

    Children must be supervised unless receiving a service.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying illness, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect toward our team.

  • With your permission, we may take photos of your hairstyle for our website or social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply inform your stylist.

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review periodically for changes.
